Access control and Time & attendance maintenance programme

General description

The data stored in bibi system controllers are gathered by a bibi network node and presented to the user using the bibinet programme. This data is prepared in a form of access control reports and time & attendance maintenance reports.
Apart from that, the bibinet application allows configuring bibi system devices (readers and controllers) and also signal alarm states notified by these devices.

Reports - Access control

The programme allows preparing, printing and exporting to text files of the following access control reports:

• individual employee's access control report
• access control report for secured area
• access control report for restricted access area

The programme also allows to edit restricted access areas, secured areas, time schemes, permanent access rights, temporary permits and set up bibi system devices.

Reports - Time and attendance maintenance

The programme allows preparing, printing and exporting to text files of the following time and attendance maintenance reports:

• monthly employee's report
• monthly group reports (for groups, departaments, sections, the whole comany)
• employee work time card
• group of employees work time card
• employee's absence report
• group of employees' absence report
• attendance report for a group of employees
• attendance list for a group of employees

The programme also allows to edit calendars, work rule sets, schedules, absences, justifications.
