The path we have set for ourselves
For many years we have been trying hard to transform the ideas of Polish engineers into real devices. We invent, design, manufacture and sell electronic devices in the following fields:
- access control and time & attendance control
- electronic educational systems
- software protection and data encryption
- RFID readers
From the very beginning we have welcomed all feedback and remarks regarding our products. We have taken them into consideration and modified our products to fit the customers' and the market's needs.
We consider this approach to be one of the basics of our company's development and the satisfaction of our custormers.
We realize this approach by:
- managing the company in such a way, that our families and clients can benefit from it
- design and testing of our products in such a way, that they are always reliable
- taking care of all (rare) complaints instantly, helping our clients via phone, e-mail and other internet means of communication, providing as much information as possible on our websites
- limiting waste to a minimum - if anything is left from our manufacturing process it is suitably utilized
Aside from the above mission MicroMade tries to use its humble possibilities to help those less fortunate through charity, mostly children.
