Unique proximity key-fobs
Ogólna charakterystyka
Transponders used for user identification can take the form of convenient, aesthetic proximity key-fobs. They have a hole which can be used to attach them to a set of keys. The inside of each key-fob holds an antenna and a microchip. Each has a unique code which is sent to a reader, when the key-fob is placed in its field.
The key-fobs are passive devices (they do not have their own power supply). Their range is a little smaller than that of a plastic card, because antennas used in key-fobs are a bit smaller.
They work with the following readers:
- Mm-R32 (placed on a wall)
- Mm-R32/PC (desktop version)
