Unique proximity plastic card
General characteristics
One of the types of transponders working with the Mm-R32 readers are Unique proximity plastic cards. They are thin pieces of white, elastic plastic. Their size is similar to that of a credit card. Sealed inside of the card are an antenna and a microchip. Each card has its unique code which is sent to a reader, when a card is placed in its field.
These cards work with the following readers:
- Mm-R32 (mounted on the wall)
- Mm-R32/PC (desktop)
UNIQUE cards are passive cards (they do not have their own power supply).
It is possible to overprint the cards with thermal transfer printers.
If a client wishes so, our company can perform different kinds of overprinting:
- black (such as: card number, name, address, black logo, etc.)
- colour (card number, name, address, logo, employee's photo, etc.)
- colour offset print (minimum 100 pcs., all cards have the same pattern, also possible to personalize them later using thermal transfer print)
Cards made in this fashion can be used as identifiers worn by users.
